Are you a LinkedIn Lurker who wants to start capturing the power of LinkedIn, but just don’t know where to start? Many of my clients start out telling me that they find that LinkedIn is intimidating, maybe even a little scary, and they don’t want to say the wrong thing. So they don’t say anything. It’s time to start getting out there! A common analogy is If Facebook is like a backyard BBQ, then LinkedIn is like a networking event. Think about the tone and words that you would use in a business meeting and do the same thing on LinkedIn. Since the pandemic started, LinkedIn users have become much more tolerant and the atmosphere is more friendly. Most people relax when they hear this and are willing to start dipping their toes in LinkedIn waters one of two ways. I describe both of them in the video.
