April is National Volunteer Month, and The Big Thinkers Group is so proud to highlight some of the organizations our members work with to help their local communities. Big Thinkers President, @jesruzicstylist , doesn't just style #NYFW runways; she also helps local women who are navigating the job market to look their best through her work with @dfscentralnj . When speaking about Dress for Success Jes says, "our goal is to empower [women] and remind them that they are so valued and they have value." It's easy to see how this is a central goal and value of Jes' as well as the organization (and The Big Thinkers!) The need the work Dress for Success is doing has grown during the pandemic as the job market has fluctuated so drastically. As such, Dress for Success has recently expanded from just Mercer County to all of Central Jersey. This is an amazing step, but to keep the organization growing and able to help all who need it, please consider coming and volunteering! With Dress for Success community involvement is essential to their mission and the organization's success.
