Cinnamon Christmas Bread - Quick & Delicious I recently made these super cute little cinnamon Christmas loaves and thought I would share the recipe with you. Leonie CINNAMON CHRISTMAS BREAD Ingredients: 2 cups sugar 4 cups flour 2 Tbs baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 2 cups Almond Breeze almond milk 2/3 cup vegetable oil TOPPING: 1 Tbsp cinnamon 2/3 cup sugar INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (or 180 degrees C). Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Beat eggs, milk and oil. Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist. Grease loaf tins and pour mixture in. Combine topping, spoon on each loaf and swirl in with a knife or a skewer, leaving some on top. Bake 40 minutes.
