Yesterday, I was talking to a friend and I almost shared a thought I had about an acquaintance we both knew...I stopped myself because in that moment, I realize I hadn’t the time nor the energy to say anything negative about anyone. In fact, what came to mind was “What goes around comes back around.” My thought about it is this, I would not want anyone saying anything negative about me, so why would I say anything negative about someone else. If ever you go to gossip, or say something negative about another person think reciprocity- defined as mutual action. Listen, what you give out is what you’ll get back. Therefore, be kind, think twice before you speak, and speak with love. Remember, we’re here for a short time thus, let peace and love abide.

The Sacral Chakra Houses Creativity, Relationships, and Sexuality
Being creative in nature, the sacral chakra’s main focus is allowing the individual to discover what they enjoy, to form hobbies, create loving and exciting relationships, and even creativity in lovemaking and sexual eroticism.
The second chakra is centered on personal identity or personal play in the external world and how it responds to the seductive forces of the physical world. Therefore, if the second chakra is unbalanced, it can lead to addictions of drugs, sex, gambling and money.
The Svadhisthana is the foundation of a healthy ego that allows us to interact with the world without selling ourselves short or pretending to be someone we are not. A person with a strong second chakra can survive financially and physically on his or her own and bond with others to form harmonious friendships. A balanced second chakra has the ability to take risks and have the resilience to recover when things go wrong.
But if the first chakra is already out of balance with lack of root support, how are you supposed to learn how to form harmonious friendships, relationships and healthy physical interests later in life?
If you need to balance your root chakra see our previous video, otherwise follow this guided meditation to awaken and balance your second chakra
It’s the end of the year and a lot have happened in 2018. Many will agree that it was an eventful year with some good, some different, and some not so great moments that may have simply changed, or impacted your life. How exciting is it that you’ve experience everything that happened to you in 2018; not only do you have Ammunition for 2019, but you will be able to help someone else that may be struggling to make it in the New Year. It’s going to be a great year...are you ready to help someone get through it in 2019? Think about, and let’s make 2019 a year helping others.
So is it ever possible to know Oneness? Yes, but only by direct experience, when we go beyond the mind, intellect, and ego. Oneness is the coming together of all opposites. It’s always with us as the basis and underlying essence of everything. It’s nothing in itself, but holds the potential for everything. We have to go beyond the senses, beyond duality to find Oneness.
We’ve all had random, unexpected glimpses of Oneness. Perhaps you were watching a beautiful sunset and had that moment when you felt like you merged with the whole of creation; or saw your newborn child for the first time and fell in love with the whole world. We even have expressions for these glimpses, we say, “It took my breath away” or “Time stood still.” This is Oneness. We became one with the totality of the experience. When we return from the moment of Oneness, we find it impossible to properly express it. It just was! There are no words to describe Oneness.
We can also have direct experience of Oneness through meditation, which provides a systematic path by which our awareness settles to quieter levels of thinking until we finally transcend thought completely. All duality is in the realm of thoughts. When we slip into the spaces between our thoughts, we become Oneness. Oneness isn’t just experiencing something; it’s a state of being.
Enjoy watching this video and finding oneness. Namaste, Gabi

2019 is here!!! It's going to be a great year and you're going to be amazed at all the great and wonderful things that will be coming your way. You may not agree because of the circumstances you've experienced in 2018. However, the best is yet to come, and the energy you put out is the energy you're going to get back. Expect great things and great things will happen. I admonish you to embrace 2019 and shake off the old year, shake off everything that you felt was horrible, and know that they were lessons. You are ready for what may come in 2019; you are strong, confident, a fighter. Come on 2019 bring it, we are ready. Remember, the best is yet to come!!
As I was flossing my teeth, it occurred to me how powerful the mouth is and how little notice or care (not physical but emotional care) we give to it. One can use the tongue to destroy in disastrous ways or one can use the tongue to build up, to create, to love. Power of life and death is in the tongue. They say the tongue is like a deathly sword that can cut to sunders. Let us consider today how we speak to each other. A soft answer turns away wrath. What are you using your power for, how are you edifying your children, your love ones, those you associate with? Let’s use our power for good today, let’s lift someone with our words and bring light to those we are around.

Since Thanksgiving and Hanukkah are here, and Christmas is right around the corner, it’s a great time of year to reflect on our lives and practice gratitude. The holidays remind me about the importance of being with family and friends and creating memories that last a lifetime.
Here are a few quotes from some of my favorites philosophers and writers that help me focus on the art of #gratefulness, #giving and #inspiring
No one has ever become poor by giving. ~ Anne Frank
We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. ~ Winston Churchill
You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give. ~ Khalil Gibran
I find myself getting caught up in the busyness of life and the endless feeling that there is more work to do. However, this weekend I spent some time writing down a list of 10 things I’m grateful for and it’s something I plan on doing more often. I encourage you to practice this as well. It reminds me of the abundance in my life, and why it’s so important to invest in relationships. You could even start a gratitude journal as a way to cultivate positivity in your life, or just visit me often on this channel and watch our short "Grateful" videos.

Counting meditations are very simple. All you do is set yourself a number to count to or to count down from. For example, you could count slowly to five, or count down slowly from five. The idea here is to give your mind something to do, something to focus on, to help you to focus, without getting distracted.
The numbers help us to see if we’re making progress. If you put the effort into your meditation practice then you’ll see results. But how can you see results if there’s nothing to measure them by?
Also, the effect of counting down, allows for more relaxation, but you can count up or down, this is depending in which mind of frame you are on that particular day.
I invite you to try this short counting down meditation. Namaste, Gabi

There’s nothing that says peak fall quite like wrapping your hands around a steaming latte and snuggling into your favorite hoodie. The quickest way to bring that dreamy image back to reality? (Insert record scratch noise.) Realizing said latte is actually loaded with sugar.
But don’t swear off fun, seasonal drinks just yet. We found a hack that’ll let you have your hygge-inspired beverages, and actually drink them, too. Vital Proteins new Collagen Creamer is the alt-milk powder of your wellness-ified dreams—and, you guessed it—it’s got next to no sugar (just one gram per serving).
Instead of the sweet stuff, the powdered creamer is loaded with creamy organic coconut milk and grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen, so you’re supercharging your morning coffee without having to pull 12 different containers out of your pantry every time you want to make a cup.
In the official FitFabWell taste test, the Mocha flavor came out on top, especially because you can turn any old cup of joe into a fancy mocha latte with just two scoops of Collagen Creamer and a few spices.
Mexican Mocha Latte
Ingredients
8 oz. hot coffee
2 scoops Vital Proteins Mocha Collagen Creamer
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1. Add all dry ingredients to a mug of hot coffee, and blend using a handheld milk frother.
2. Sprinkle on extra cinnamon, nutmeg, or cayenne pepper if you like it extra spicy!

Valuing others begin with you. In order to value others you must first value yourself. How you love you, will reflect in how you love others. Therefore, if you can love yourself, be gentle with yourself, affirm yourself, and give yourself time to grow into the person you were meant to be; despite what others think... I believe your light will shine bright, and affect those around you. Start now, practice (daily) valuing yourself, and in turn the love you show yourself will exude out of you, and you will most likely become a rockstar at valuing others!
